A line I don't get the chance to do that often, but without doubt one of my favs, is Llangollen. Originally hoping for 3802, it was unfortunatly 7822 instead - which although I had before, it was an opportunity to fot it in the sun this time. In fact the weather was gorgous - summer has definatly landed.
Another reason for doing was that D8142 was out instead of the usual DMU - thanks go to the Llangollen Diesel boys for the superb trash they gave us ;-) Top stuff. |
