James Evans' beautiful Quarry Hunslet "Velinheli" is visiting the FR and WHR this summer from the Launceston Steam Railway in Cornwall.
Its first duties after arriving on the FR was to operate an "inspection train" from Porthmadog to Minffordd - in reality of course it was just an excuse for the General Manager of the railway and the owner of the loco to have a play - and why not.
